Building and maintaining a qualified, motivated workforce is critical to the success of your business. The Monmouth County Division of Workforce Development Employer Business Services team provides free services to area businesses. The Business Services team works with local businesses to assist with their Human Resource needs including help with recruiting qualified workers, accessing industry and labor market information, and navigating County and State programs and services. The Business Services team can help a company that is already in business, just starting out, or expanding. Services include:

  • Help with Recruitment – Job Announcement Requirement Form
  • Email Blasts of Job Openings to our database of over 26,000+ job seekers
  • Virtual Hosting of an Open House / Recruitment event
  • Job Fairs – Industry Specific and/or All Inclusive Industries
  • Hiring Incentives for New Employees / Apprenticeship Program
  • Community Work Experience Program (CWEP)
  • WorkFirst New Jersey
  • Incumbent Worker Training
  • Literacy Training
