It’s not enough to be on LinkedIn – you need to engage there, as yourself and as your company. The Great Resignation is another way that job seekers are deciding to take a break from the usual hiring processes. Why should they use you?  Because you’re active on LinkedIn where you can engage with your employees, with your prospective hires and with your competition. I’ll also be discussing how to use collabetition (NOT A TYPO!)  to your advantage, where you collaborate with your competitors.
