A Little About Katherine:
Katherine has been fascinated with recruiting since childhood. She has strong experience recruiting everything from Customer Service to CFOs, and has a background in process improvement and growing employee satisfaction. She founded Titan in 2014 after working in an IT recruiting firm with the dream of innovating hiring, improving the human experience, and to help entrepreneurs realize their visions without breaking the bank. In October 2020 her team began work on Titan ATS, a revolutionary, patent-pending applicant tracking software that removes bias and fires the resume! She is also striving to improve the hiring process on a national level by spreading good practices and generating proactive conversations via media.
