Colleen Ferrary is an accomplished businesswoman who, for 23 years, climbed the corporate ladder.  As a single mom, she led teams of more than 3,000 employees in 3 states.  Nine years ago, she made a decision to leave corporate America and build a career helping small businesses.  Small Business USA today has supported over 200 businesses, and is the parent company of Employment Tutors.  Originally created to support the leadership needs of clients and the nonprofits she was serving. Employment Tutors now offers an affordable alternative to expensive employment coaches.
