She has over 25 years of experience in providing coaching and consulting to managers and teams for improved communications and increased productivity. She has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with extensive hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring experience.
As a Workplace Consultant, Linda helps individuals and business leaders keep productivity, morale, and engagement high during turbulent times of trauma, loss, and change. She is a resource for managers who are managing trauma and loss within the workplace setting. Linda served as the subject matter expert on hiring at AT&T instructing managers on interviewing and hiring for various management positions within the corporation.
She has extensive hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring experience. Her experience includes work within telecommunications, pharmaceutical/healthcare, finance, non-profit, municipal, and small business owners.
