MCVSD’s six full-time, four-year Career Academies welcome students as 9th graders and combine rigorous academics with research and real-world experiences to give students a significant head start on their college and career journeys.
- Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs

- Hands-on training in trades, technology, and healthcare fields
- Work-based learning or apprenticeships

SERVICES FOR ADULTS
MCVSD offers a quality adult education program to county residents at an affordable price. We strive to serve the needs of community members and to help them to further their educational, employment and personal goals.
- Continuing education and professional certification programs
- Short-term training leading to industry-recognized credentials
- Adult high school or GED preparation (if available)
- ESL or workforce readiness programs
- Retraining for career changers or unemployed individuals
For those who are eligible the One Stop Career Center can pay some or all tuition for those individuals who are eligible. Come attend an orientation session to get an overview of all available services and learn about training grants and initiatives.
