About Us
RallyCap Sports provides year-round recreational sports for children and young adults with special needs. We are looking for enthusiastic coaches and assistant coaches to help children and young adults with special needs experience the joy of sports.

What’s the Commitment?
- This is a seasonal role that will run for just 1 hour on Saturday mornings for 5 to 6 weeks. Time and dates vary depending on the sport.
- All training, space, and equipment provided.
- Sports include flag football, soccer, basketball, yoga, tennis, softball, and beach volleyball.
- Location: Monmouth County, NJ
Responsibilities
- Provide an engaging, fun, and safe environment for our players and volunteers
- Help set up light equipment.
- Pair players with special needs with volunteers at the start of each session.
- Provide basic instruction, encouragement, and high fives!
Requirements:
- Weekend availability is required
- Background in coaching or fitness is a plus (athletics, sports, dance, physical education, etc.), but not required.
- Background working with children with special needs is a plus (camp counselor, special needs teacher, etc.), but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s License or State ID
- Compensation: $25 per hour
