The Monmouth County Workforce Development Board is proud to offer our annual Summer Youth Work Experience Program (SYWEP). This state-funded program empowers teens and young adults (ages 16-24) with valuable work experience, enabling them to develop skills and earn money through a stipend.
Youth participants will get 160-200 hours of work experience and earn $3400 over the course of the program.

Open Roles Include:
Position: Cashier Expeditor, International Bites
Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a quick working and self-motivated cashier and expeditor to facilitate front of house sales and assembling of orders. You will be on a team taking orders in person, over the phone and fulfilling online orders. Your team will also assemble the orders made by our chefs and run it to the counter for the guest.
Position: Hospitality Team Member, MOGO
Key Responsibilities: Welcoming customers, POS Orders, Deliver food to dine-in customers/package takeout orders, Follow up with Guest on Experience/Clearing Tables, Greet customers as they leave MOGO.
Position: Culinary Team Member, MOGO
Key Responsibilities: Food Prep, Cooking on Line with your team at assigned station, Keeping assigned station clean, Restocking Line as necessary, Dishes, Kitchen Opening and Closing Responsibilities.
Position: Prep Team Member, MOGO (MadeByMOGO Commissary)
Key Responsibilities: Bulk Food Prep for the Restaurants, Deliveries to the store (optional), Keeping Station Clean, Restocking as necessary, Dishes, Prep Kitchen Opening and Closing Responsibilities.
